📋 Description

• Lead discovery with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact agentic use cases
• Translate complex business problems into production-ready AI system designs
• Architect secure, auditable agentic workflows (reasoning, tool use, data access)
• Drive solutions from prototype to AltaForge production deployment
• Ensure all solutions align with AltaForge architecture for reuse and scale
• Define and enforce evaluation standards to measure outcomes and value creation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in AI/ML, architecture, or technical strategy
• Experience with agentic AI, RAG, orchestration, and tool integration
• Experience deploying AI systems into enterprise or regulated environments
• Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment
• Executive presence across technical and commercial domains
• Bias toward production, accountability, and measurable outcomes
