Senior AI DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for iOS and Android on GitLab CI
• Architect fail-fast pipeline stages: lint/compile first, device tests last
• Build smart test routing to minimize device farm use for MR changes
• Build flaky test detection and quarantine systems
• Automate release: code signing, versioning, TestFlight/Play uploads, dSYM
• Scale pipelines as MR volume grows; avoid slowing others

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years operating CI/CD infrastructure at scale (GitLab CI preferred)
• Deep understanding of mobile build systems (Xcode, xcodebuild; Gradle)
• Strong scripting (Python, Bash)
• Experience with AI-assisted development and autonomous systems
• AI-first problem solving; automate with AI before manual steps
• Preferred: Terraform/Ansible IaC; WiFi/BLE knowledge; mobile test infra
