📋 Description

• Own and deliver complete agent systems from design to production.
• Design context windows, retrieval pipelines, and memory strategies.
• Build evaluation frameworks for AI systems (accuracy, safety, latency).
• Design tool integrations and data contracts for external systems.
• Influence architectural decisions with production-ready judgment.
• Lead code review and pairing; promote production-quality AI.

• Production AI agent engineering experience.
• Strong context management and retrieval design.
• Experience with model selection, routing, and cost engineering.
• Tool integration and agent augmentation expertise.
• Proven ability to ship at scale and influence direction.
• Proficiency with Claude Code workflow and AI-assisted development.
