Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design and development of agentic AI solutions for mortgage servicing escrows
• Partner with BA and SME to translate domain knowledge into AI-powered workflows
• Prototype agents using Claude and Claude Code to handle edge cases and regulatory constraints
• Bridge human expertise and machine learning to deliver compliant, scalable automation
• Collaborate to map, automate, and optimize mission-critical processes

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive software development experience (Python, TypeScript, or Go)
• Hands-on with LLM-based apps, prompt engineering, tool integration, multi-turn workflows
• Experience building/deploying agentic systems (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar)
• Ability to extract domain logic from SMEs and translate to executable requirements
• Experience in regulated industries (mortgage/fintech/healthcare) or risk-awareness
• Nice to have: mortgage servicing/LOS experience; Claude API/Claude Code; MCP or similar tool
