Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems across teams
• Build modular agentic systems with orchestration frameworks
• Develop reusable agentic skills across interfaces (Slack, dashboards, CLIs)
• Implement observability: logging, metrics, cost management
• Govern AI workflows: access controls, audit trails, PII handling
• Build MCP servers, APIs, CLIs that connect AI models to business data

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience (backend, systems integration or data/analytics)
• 2+ years applying LLMs/AI to production workflows
• Strong Python and JavaScript/Node.js proficiency with Git-based workflows
• Hands-on with LLM frameworks: prompt engineering, RAG, function calls
• Experience building and operating multi-agent systems at scale
• Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and serverless services
