📋 Description

  • Design and own LLM-powered agents end-to-end for internal tooling and customer features.
  • Build agent workflows and RAG architectures for team use.
  • Operate MCP servers exposing data as tools for AI models.
  • Define testing, reliability, and on-call quality practices.
  • Stand up evaluation pipelines and prompt-versioning to improve reliability and cost/quality.
  • Lead design reviews and mentor across the team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years software engineering with production AI/agent systems.
  • Expert Python and service development (async, FastAPI, Pydantic v2).
  • GenAI/LLM experience with RAG architectures and agent workflows.
  • Strong AWS engineering (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway).
  • Hands-on tooling: LangChain/LangGraph, MCP, tool servers.
  • Terraform/IaC and containerized CI/CD delivery.
