📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy scalable multi-agent AI features for Mar Tech challenges including ad
• Research and implement agentic design patterns using LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Collaborate across BI, data, and product teams to translate objectives into agent personas, tool
• Monitor and optimise multi-agent systems in production, tracking token efficiency, loops, and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering in Ad Tech/Mar Tech or similar high-scale environments
• Built multi-agent or single-agent architecture with API/MCP integrations
• Knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning; experience with foundation
• Practical experience with GCP or AWS equivalents (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, Dataflow, AI Platform
• CI/CD for AI/ML, model versioning, monitoring, and AI Ops
• Understanding of marketing/advertising concepts like LTV, attribution, RTB, audience targeting
