Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Join an AI team building agentic systems for Pennylane’s financial OS platform.
• Work on production-ready LLM orchestration, tool calling and context memory.
• Collaborate with product teams and domain experts to deliver live use cases.
• Own evaluation, monitoring and guardrails for agentic workflows.
• Contribute to cross-team AI infrastructure and reliability practices.
• Operate with security, RBAC and cost considerations in mind.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of Python experience.
• Hands-on experience building LLM/agentic systems at scale in production.
• Strong grasp of evaluation, datasets and A/B testing for AI systems.
• Solid background in AI infrastructure (model serving, vector databases, cost/latency).
• Nice to have: model fine-tuning (SFT, DPO, RL), MCP, Ruby.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (French not mandatory).
