Senior AI Engineer, NLP & Training Data

📋 Description

• Build end-to-end fine-tuning pipeline (prep/train/eval/registry)
• Implement QLoRA/LoRA/PEFT and other fine-tune methods
• Design eval harnesses with benchmarks and tests
• Drive training iterations: analyze results and fix issues
• Implement experiment tracking and reproducible workflows
• Collaborate on training data strategy, incl. synthetic data
• Evaluate model quality: safety, accuracy, latency, cost
• Contribute to serving architecture and inference optimization
• Mentor ML engineers on the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering; 2+ years ML/NLP
• Hands-on fine-tuning LLMs with parameter-efficient methods
• Strong knowledge of transformers, tokenization, optimization
• Build production ML training pipelines with experiment tracking
• Proficiency: Python, PyTorch, distributed training
• Experience with GPU-based cloud training
• Strong eval: benchmarks, regression detection
• RLHF/DPO or alignment experience is a plus
• BS/MS in CS/ML or equivalent
