• Proven experience implementing AI tools, automation, and workflows in a business setting
• Experience leading structured AI adoption initiatives and translating opportunities into working
• Strong CRM familiarity, especially ActiveCampaign or comparable platforms.
• Ability to evaluate AI tools based on requirements, systems, feasibility, and impact.
• Data-driven mindset to prioritize automation and measure workflow performance.
• Comfort working with leadership and non-technical stakeholders; strong communication skills.
