📋 Description

• Design and ship AI systems at PagerDuty scale.
• Power Incident Management AI Agents and event intelligence.
• Develop LLM-powered capabilities embedded in platform.
• Own full lifecycle from problem framing to production.
• Collaborate with platform, product and research teams.
• Mentor teammates and influence technical direction.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with distributed systems.
• Hands-on AI systems in production (LLMs, agents, retrieval).
• Strong programming fundamentals across systems and AI code.
• Applied AI: prompting, retrieval, agents, evaluation, guardrails.
• Experience with cloud infra (AWS, GCP or Azure), containers, Kubernetes.
• Reliability-minded mindset for high-scale systems and trade-offs.
