Senior AI/ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Work on production GenAI systems in customer environments
• Build and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
• Write production code across AI, backend, and data pipelines
• Integrate AI components into backend services and APIs
• Deploy to AWS (Bedrock) with containerized pipelines and CI/CD
• Help evaluate models, observability, and guardrails

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive, self-directed with clear communication
• 5+ years in software or ML engineering with production systems
• Solid AI/ML foundations and understanding of failure modes
• Experience shipping production LLM apps and agentic workflows
• Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI)
• Python and/or TypeScript; strong engineering fundamentals
