📋 Description

• Lead major model R&D initiatives from ideation to production.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record leading R&D projects that improved large-scale AI models.
• Hands-on experience building scalable AI products or features.
• Shipped AI/LLM features to real users in production.
• Expert in Python, PyTorch and TensorFlow, and transformer architectures.
• Strong foundation in math and statistics for AI/ML.
• Ability to translate vague product needs into concrete research questions and experiments.
• PhD in CS/AI/Stats or related field highly preferred.
