Senior AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• AI Platform Engineer building reusable platform capabilities for LLM apps, AI agents, RAG, tool
• Develop data and knowledge pipelines for ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, vector search, metadata
• Create secure integrations between AI apps and enterprise data using APIs, MCP, tool calling, and
• Build frameworks, libraries, services, and developer tooling so teams can ship AI apps faster
• Define AI deployment, observability, evaluation, lifecycle standards (quality, accuracy, latency
• Take AI capabilities from prototype to production with reliability, scalability, and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data/platform/backend engineering with production systems experience
• Strong Python and SQL
• Hands-on production apps/services using LLMs/generative AI
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, tool/function calling, AI agents, or enterprise
• Strong data engineering fundamentals: pipelines, data modeling, data quality, secure data access
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks or similar, plus dbt, Airflow, or similar
