Senior AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build reusable platform capabilities for LLM applications, AI agents, RAG, tool calling
• Develop scalable data/knowledge pipelines: ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, vector search
• Secure integrations between AI apps, enterprise data, and business systems via APIs, MCP, tool
• Create reusable frameworks, libraries, services, SDKs, and developer tooling for efficient AI app
• Establish standards for AI deployment, observability, evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle
• Measure AI quality, accuracy, latency, reliability, security, and cost.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data/platform/backend engineering with production systems experience.
• Strong Python and SQL.
• Hands-on production apps/services using LLMs and generative AI.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, tool/function calling, AI agents, or enterprise
• Strong data engineering fundamentals: pipelines, modeling, quality, secure data access.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or modern data platforms, plus dbt, Airflow, etc.
