Senior AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build reusable platform capabilities for LLM apps, AI agents, RAG, tool calling, and AI
• Develop scalable data/knowledge pipelines: ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, vector search
• Build secure integrations between AI apps, enterprise data, and business systems via APIs, MCP
• Create reusable frameworks, libraries, services, SDKs, and developer tooling to accelerate AI
• Establish standards for AI deployment, observability, evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle
• Measure AI quality metrics: accuracy, latency, reliability, security, and cost; productionize AI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data/platform/backend engineering with production systems experience.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency.
• Hands-on production experience with LLMs and generative AI.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, tool/function calling, AI agents, or enterprise
• Solid data engineering fundamentals: pipelines, modeling, quality, secure data access.
• Experience with Snowflake/Databricks or similar data platforms; tools like dbt, Airflow, etc.
