Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director

📋 Description

• Own 1-2 series at a time (10–15 episodes, ~1 min each) and a trailer.
• Work with AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation.
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; create scripts and storytelling.
• We will teach AI content creation; film editing background helps.
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other directors, and exec team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing/showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, escalation.
• Experience with Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, Seedance.
• Experience with vertical drama platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration; fluent in English.
• Doer mindset; fast-paced, owns execution, planning and strategy.
