📋 Description

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 episodes; ~1 min/ep + trailer)
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; write scripts
• Collaborate with in-house AI copilot for consistency and trailer gen
• Learn AI content creation; leverage AI stack
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, exec team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration; fluent in English
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
• Doer mindset; fast execution and iteration
