Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director

📋 Description

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 episodes; ~1 min each plus trailer)
• Collaborate with AI copilot for characters, casting, and trailer generation
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; write scripts and craft storytelling
• We will teach AI content creation; film editing background helps
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other directors, and execs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, escalation.
• Experience with AI generation tools: Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield.
• Experience with vertical drama platforms.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills; fluent in English.
• Goal-oriented, ownership and fast iteration; humble and coachable.
