Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Full Remote - Albania)

📋 Description

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 eps, ~1 min each)
• Work with in-house AI copilot for consistency, casting, trailer
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; you script and craft
• Learn AI Content creation; background in film editing helps
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other directors, exec team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers
• Experience with AI generation tools: Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration; fluent in English
• Doer mindset; move fast and balance execution, planning, and strategy
