🎯 Requirements

4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, escalation
Experience with AI generation tools (Runway Gen-4, Sora 2)
Experience with vertical drama platforms
Strong English communication and collaboration
