Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Full Remote - Austria)

📋 Description

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 episodes; ~1 min each + trailer).
• Collaborate with AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation.
• Direct, edit and finish each episode; you script and craft storytelling.
• Learn AI Content creation; strong film-editing background helps you learn fast.
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other Directors and the exec team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, escalation.
• Experience with AI generation tools (Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3).
• Experience with vertical drama platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; fluent in English.
• Ability to balance execution, planning, and storytelling under fast pace.
