Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Full Remote - Belgium)

📋 Description

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 episodes/series; ~1 min per episode + trailer).
• Collaborate with in-house AI copilot for consistency, casting, trailers.
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; you create scripts and storytelling.
• Learn AI content creation; strong film editing helps you learn fast.
• Collaborate with AI content creators, tech team, other Short Film Directors, and exec team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing/showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, escalation.
• Experience with AI generation tools: Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Seedance.
• Experience with vertical drama platforms.
• Fluent English; strong communication and collaboration.
• Ownership mindset; fast execution, balanced planning and storytelling.
