Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Full Remote - Bosnia and Herzegovina)

📋 Description

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 episodes, ~1 min per episode + trailer)
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; write scripts and craft storytelling
• Collaborate with our in-house AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation
• Learn AI content creation; strong film editing background helps you learn fast
• Collaborate with our AI Content Creators, tech team, other Short Film Directors, and our exec team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, escalation
• Experience with Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Seedance
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Fluent in English; strong communication & collaboration
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
