Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Full Remote - Bulgaria)

📋 Description

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 episodes/series, ~1 min each + trailer)
• Collaborate with in-house AI copilot for character consistency, casting
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; write scripts and shape storytelling
• AI content creation training; strong film editing background helps
• Collaborate with AI content team, tech staff, other directors, and execs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, pacing
• Experience with AI tools: Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration; fluent in English
• Doer mindset: fast, ownership, delivers results
