Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other directors, and execs

🎯 Requirements

4+ years directing/showrunning short-form video
Strong scripting: hooks, cliffhangers, escalation
AI tools: Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, Seedance
Experience with vertical drama platforms
Fluent English; strong communication and collaboration; ownership
Doer mindset; fast execution, planning, and iteration
