Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Full Remote - Croatia)

📋 Description

• Own 1-2 series at a time (10-15 episodes/series, ~1 min each)
• Work with in-house AI copilot for consistency, casting, trailers
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; create scripts and craft
• Learn AI Content creation; strong film editing background helps
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other Short Film Directors, execs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, escalation
• Experience with AI generation tools: Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, Seedance
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Strong communication & collaborative skills; fluent in English
• Doer mindset; ownership, speed, and iteration
