Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Full Remote - Czech Republic)

📋 Description

• Own 1-2 series at a time (10–15 eps/series, ~1 min per episode + trailer).
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; you create scripts and craft storytelling.
• Work with in-house AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation.
• We will teach AI content creation; strong editing background helps.
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other Directors, and exec team.

🎯 Requirements

Hard Skills

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, escalation.
• Experience with AI generation tools: Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, Seedance.
• Experience with vertical drama platforms.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaborative skills; fluent in English.
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment.
