Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Full Remote - Dominican Republic)

📋 Description

• Own 1-2 series at a time (10-15 episodes per series; ~1 min each)
• Work with our in-house AI copilot for consistency, casting, and trailer
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; write scripts and craft storytelling
• We will teach you AI content creation; film editing background helps
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other directors, and exec team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, escalation
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Familiar with AI generation tools: Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3
• Excellent English communication and collaboration
• Ownership mindset; fast execution and iteration
