Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Full Remote - Ecuador)

📋 Description

• Own 1–2 vertical drama series at a time (10–15 eps/series, ~1 min + trailer)
• Work with our AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; you create scripts and craft stories
• Learn AI content creation; strong film editing background helps
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other directors, execs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers
• Experience with AI generation tools (Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika)
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration
