Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Full Remote - Finland)

📋 Description

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 eps/series, ~1 min per ep + trailer)
• Collaborate with in-house AI copilot for consistency, casting & trailers
• Direct, edit and finish each episode; write scripts; shape storytelling
• AI content creation training; fast up-skilling for editors
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other Directors, and execs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing/showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, escalation
• Experience with AI generation tools: Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Strong communication & collaboration; fluent in English
• Doer mindset — speed, execution and iteration; ownership
