📋 Description

• Own 1–2 vertical mini-series at a time
• Collaborate with AI copilot for casting and trailers
• Direct, edit and finish each episode
• Create scripts; bring storytelling craft
• Collaborate with AI Content Team and execs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers
• Experience with Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration, fluent English
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
