Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Full Remote - Norway)

📋 Description

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 eps each, ~1 min + trailer)
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; write scripts
• Work with AI copilot for character consistency and casting
• We’ll teach AI content creation; editing background helps
• Collaborate with AI content creators, tech team, other directors, and exec team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting: hooks, cliffhangers
• Experience with AI generation tools: Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, Seedance
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Strong English communication and collaboration
• Obsessive about speed, performance and iteration
