Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Full Remote - Poland)

📋 Description

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 eps per series, ~1 min each plus trailer).
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; write scripts and craft storytelling.
• Work with our in-house AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation.
• We will teach AI content creation; a strong film editing background helps you learn fast.
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, the tech team, other Short Film Directors, and execs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers.
• Experience with AI generation tools: Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Seedance.
• Experience with vertical drama platforms.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration.
• Ownership mindset; fast iteration and results-driven.
