Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Full Remote - Spain)

📋 Description

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 episodes/series, ~1 min/ep + trailer).
• Work with in-house AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation.
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; write scripts and storytelling.
• Learn AI content creation; film editing background helps.
• Collaborate with AI content creators, tech team, other directors, and execs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, escalation.
• AI generation tools: Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3.
• Experience with Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, Seedance.
• Experience with vertical drama platforms.
• Strong communication & collaboration; fluent in English.
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment.
• Doer mindset — speed, execution, planning.
• Obsessive about speed, performance and iteration.
• Humble; open to feedback.
