📋 Description

• Own end-to-end production of a 9:16 short drama series.
• Lead storytelling; not a generic "AI video creator" role.
• Bring experience in mini dramas and learn our AI stack.
• Collaborate with our in-house AI copilot for consistency and trailers.
• Direct, edit, and finish episodes; write scripts and craft narratives.
• We will teach AI Content creation; strong film editing helps you learn fast.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form video.
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, escalation.
• Experience with AI tools: Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, Seedance.
• Experience with vertical drama platforms.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration.
