Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Freelance - Remote - Peru)

📋 Description

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 eps/series, ~1 min per episode + trailer)
• Work with our in-house AI copilot for consistency, casting, and trailers
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; create scripts and storytelling
• Learn AI content creation; strong film editing background helps
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other Directors, and exec team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers
• AI tools: Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Seedance
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Fluent English and collaboration
• Doer mindset: speed, ownership, iteration
