Senior Amazon FBA E-commerce Manager (Store Owner / Operator)

📋 Description

• Own the full Amazon FBA lifecycle: discovery, sourcing, launch, optimization
• Identify winning products and categories using margin, demand, competition
• Build and manage supplier relationships; negotiate pricing and terms
• Create and optimize listings with SEO, A+ content, images
• Manage pricing, promos, inventory, and replenishment to avoid stockouts
• Oversee FBA operations and coordinate FBM/3PL/warehouse workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years owning or leading Amazon FBA businesses with clear scaling outcomes
• Proven product/category selection and supplier sourcing experience
• Strong understanding of FBA operations; knowledge of FBM/3PL is a plus
• Ability to run an Amazon store end-to-end independently with minimal direction
• Non-negotiable: Remote work experience; proficient with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana
• Ideally worked with US or UK-based companies
