Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Design and develop analytics models and tools to optimize transportation cost, speed, and network
• Own and enhance key tools including carrier dashboards, routing optimizers, chargeback systems, and
• Deliver predictive and real-time reporting on KPIs such as transit time, on-time delivery, and
• Provide fast, ad hoc decision support with focus on business drivers and actionable insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally and support automation efforts while contributing to scalable

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6+ years of analytics experience, ideally in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or
• Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, Starburst, or similar) and advanced Excel; able to write and optimize
• Self-directed problem solver who can take an ambiguous business question, scope it, pull the data
• Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable presenting findings to US-based leaders and
• Bonus: exposure to carrier rate analysis, freight cost modeling, or warehouse/inbound operations
