Senior Analyst, Application Support

📋 Description

• Senior application support for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery environment.
• Configuration, administration, development, and ongoing stability of HRSD platform.
• Collaborate with product teams, vendors, and offshore teams to resolve complex issues.
• Lead technical initiatives, support upgrades, and contribute to platform architecture.
• Act as a subject matter expert; mentor colleagues and improve platform quality and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years professional experience with enterprise applications.
• Strong ServiceNow experience with HRSD (administration, configuration, troubleshooting
• Hands-on expertise: Employee Center, Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, workflow design, scripting
• Ability to evaluate requirements, develop technical specs, and support development, testing
• Experience managing ServiceNow releases, patches, upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
