Manage and execute updates to processes for day-to-day support of business
Research and remediation of process breaks including communication, testing and deployment
Create and review business requirements and user stories for development and testing
Support automation solutions across annuity policy administration platforms
Partner with operations teams and external vendors to define automation capabilities
Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal teams and external partners

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years in the annuity insurance industry within operations, technology, or related function
Experience with annuity ops tech; DTCC, ACORD, IRI preferred
Understanding of annuity business workflows
Independent and collaborative work style; leadership and partnership skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
