• Senior Analyst supporting data/clinical systems across trials.
• Ensures study protocols align with system design and data standards.
• Delivers new clinical systems and integrations (EDC, IRT, ePRO).
• Manages timelines, issues, and quality with cross-functional teams.
• Adheres to GCP, ICH guidelines, and AbbVie SOPs; mentors associates.
• Promotes process improvement and data-driven decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, CS, life sciences or equivalent; Masters preferred.
• 3+ years clinical tech (EDC, IRT, ePRO) or 5+ years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of CDASH and SDTM; strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and coordinate with teams.
