📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end allocation of enterprise cost pools reflecting priorities.
• Subject matter expert on allocation strategy; guide stakeholders across units.
• Analyze financial, operational, and tech data to deliver insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with IT/data engineering to enhance integrations and validate allocation logic.
• Produce visualizations and reporting highlighting trends, cost drivers, and value delivered.
• Document processes and partner with internal auditors to ensure robust controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business admin, finance, accounting, economics, or related.
• 4+ years in accounting/finance/audit/fund administration/cost allocation.
• Audit or fund compliance experience preferred; review governing documents and apply judgment.
• Ownership of recurring processes (allocation cycles, billing, close).
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo).
• Strong written/spoken communication; able to influence stakeholders and partner with IT.
