Process and manage customer orders by drafting contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and internal teams to resolve order issues.
Maintain contract details aligned with billing policies.
Analyze order processes and suggest efficiency improvements.
Assist in revenue recognition and audit support.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve discrepancies quickly.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years O2C experience in a high-growth SaaS env.
Business degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management preferred.
Strong communication across levels and geographies.
Detail-oriented with strong problem solving.
Experience with Excel and Google Suite; MS Word/PowerPoint knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
