Senior Analyst - Order Management (Deal Desk)

📋 Description

• Create, review, and validate Order Forms for upgrades and expansions, ensuring accuracy and pricing
• Manage complex scenarios: mid-term upgrades, co-terming, amendments, prorations, and other changes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Billing, and Deal Desk to resolve order issues and improve
• Maintain contract details aligned with billing policies and deal priorities.
• Support deal structuring: draft/review terms, participate in calls to clarify requirements.
• Analyze Order Management to simplify, standardize, automate, and reduce manual effort.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Order Management, Q2C, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or similar.
• Experience with SaaS/subscription businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with CRM, DealHub, and CPQ; knowledge of EX & CX platforms a plus.
• Customer-focused with process improvement mindset.
