• Role focuses on shaping GitLab's go-to-market strategy for the Americas through analysis and

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive experience in analytical or strategic roles in technology, especially in Sales
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and manage stakeholders in a sales environment.
• Experience turning sales performance metrics into clear recommendations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Comfort with using AI tools to accelerate and scale analysis and reporting.
• Strong quantitative, problem solving, and project management skills; ability to influence without
