📋 Description

• Lead and manage SOC 1 and SOC 2 exams under AICPA standards.
• Support SOX planning, scoping, audit readiness, and training.
• Translate SOX/audit requirements into practical, scalable IT controls.
• Lead IT control gap assessments and remediation with control owners.
• Mature ITGCs and ITACs to align regulatory needs with product pace.
• Oversee audit quality and guide teams through complex findings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in external IT audit or tech risk advisory.
• Strong ICFR/SOX 404 control design and testing.
• Big 4 or equivalent external audit experience in regulated environments.
• Lead compliance and audit initiatives end to end.
• Experience auditing IaaS, PaaS, SaaS cloud environments.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
