Senior Analyst, Trading

📋 Description

• Manage daily trade flow across multiple brokers and custodians, adapting execution strategies
• Execute large/complex orders across product lines using algorithmic tools
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and internal teams to facilitate significant orders
• Identify/investigate trade errors, tracking issues and proposing improvements
• Provide high-quality internal client service and respond to inquiries promptly
• Develop expertise across trading software platforms and provide user support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, MIS, or related business discipline
• 3+ years of trading or financial operations experience (preferred)
• Experience with trading/rebalancing/order management systems such as Charles River, Orion
• Strong understanding of trade execution/workflows and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, time management
• Strong analytical/decision-making abilities to resolve operational issues
