📋 Description

• Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term
• Lead the transformation agenda for one or more functions.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and define future-state solutions.
• Recommend design, priorities, resources, vendors, and execution approaches to leadership.
• Define scope, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and governance.
• Design and implement AI-enabled processes and operating models with internal/external teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in strategy consulting, transformation, or analytical roles.
• Track record of owning workstreams within cross-functional programs; SaaS/payments experience a
• Project management: structure and drive complex initiatives.
• Financial modelling to support decisions.
• Change management and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem solving with structured thinking under ambiguity.
