Senior Analyst - Treasury Shared Services

📋 Description

• Support daily treasury and payment operations with accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Investigate operational issues using internal systems and data sources.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve complex operational challenges.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Manage tickets, escalations, and risk controls in payments workflows.
• Support banking partner operations and maintain documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in treasury operations, payments, banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with wire transfers, refunds, reconciliations, investigations.
• Strong attention to detail; able to handle high-volume, time-sensitive processes.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, SQL, Python, or BI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a remote-first environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
